An office workstation system that scales from two desks to ten
The ProStation is benching, not furniture bought one desk at a time. A single frame carries two, four, six, eight or ten workstations in a shared run — each one adjusting independently from 580 to 1230 mm, each with its own control panel.
It is the system we specify for offices. If you need one desk, or two at home, the Elevate and DuoFlex are simpler and cost less.

Built to commercial spec
The difference between office benching and a domestic desk is what happens after three years of daily use by people who did not pay for it.
- Three-stage columns on an H-shaped base in high-strength SPCC steel. The wider footprint is what keeps a long run rigid at full extension, where single-column desks start to move.
- 125 kg rated load per workstation — multiple monitors, a desktop tower, documents, and whatever else accumulates.
- Anti-collision detection stops and reverses the lift when it meets an obstacle. In a shared office where someone leaves a drawer open or a chair pushed in, this is the feature that prevents damage.
- Under 50 dB in operation — quieter than conversation, so a colleague changing height does not interrupt your call.
- Under 0.5 W standby. Across forty desks that is a line item on the electricity bill.
Certified to CB, CE, RoHS, FCC and UL, which is usually what a facilities manager or procurement team needs to see before signing off.

Faster than our other frames
The ProStation runs at 38 mm/s, against 32 mm/s on the rest of the range, with three programmable height presets per station. In an office, speed matters more than it does at home — people change position between meetings, not on a leisurely schedule, and a slow desk simply does not get used.
Configurations and sizes
Choose your seat count — 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 — then the desktop width per station: 1200, 1400, 1600 or 1800 mm. The frame itself adjusts from 1100 to 1900 mm wide, and accepts desktops from 1200 to 2000 mm long and 600 to 800 mm deep, so a fit-out can be tuned to the floor plate rather than the other way round.
Dual benching puts two workstations back to back within one system, which is the most floor-efficient layout for a dense office.
Frame colour and desktop finish
Frames come in white or black, selectable above — the same two finishes as every other desk we make, so a mixed fit-out stays consistent.
Desktops are laminate or solid wood. Laminate comes in over 100 finishes, all at the same price and the same lead time — enough to run company colours across a floor, or code departments by desk finish, without paying a custom-finish premium on every unit. Solid wood is available where you want the meeting-room or executive run to read differently from the open plan.

Cable management included
One trapezoidal cable duct and two serpentine ducts come with the system. On a ten-desk run that is the difference between a floor you can vacuum and a floor nobody wants to crawl under. Privacy screens up to 25 mm are compatible with the appropriate supporting accessories, and a soundproof screen is available as an option.
The enhanced ET223H(IB) model
Where you need more than height adjustment, this model adds built-in sensors for anti-pinch and desktop collision protection, dual DC33V outputs supporting optional USB or wireless charging, and dual RJ45 interfaces enabling optional phone control.

Delivery and installation
Free delivery and installation across Singapore. A multi-station benching run is a proper install — our team assembles it in place, levels every station, tests each control panel and takes the packaging away.
Standard lead time is 3–4 weeks from order. For larger fit-outs, talk to us early so we can plan the schedule around your move-in date.

Why height adjustment across a whole office
The case for a single standing desk is personal. The case for forty is different: fewer musculoskeletal complaints, fewer sick days, and a workstation that fits whoever sits at it after the current occupant moves on.
That last point is the one procurement usually cares about. A fixed-height desk fits the person it was bought for. An adjustable one fits the next three.
