At Mr Nanyang, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every piece of furniture we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns for any reason. Whether the product does not meet your expectations, does not fit your space, or you have simply changed your mind, please contact us and we will arrange a return.
- Return window: 60 days from the date of delivery
- Return shipping: Free — we will arrange pickup at no cost to you
- Refund method: Full refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, free from damage caused after delivery
Exchanges & Replacements
If your furniture arrives with a defect or quality issue, we will offer a **free replacement** at no additional cost. If you prefer a different product instead, we are happy to arrange an exchange.
- Defective items: Contact us with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — your choice.
- Wrong item delivered: We will collect the incorrect item and deliver the correct one at no charge.
- Size or colour exchange: Subject to availability. We will arrange collection of the original item and delivery of the replacement.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Most of our furniture is made to order. We understand that this means you are placing trust in us before seeing the final product. If a custom item does not meet your expectations upon delivery, please contact us. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, including returns where appropriate.

3. We will respond within 1 business day with a resolution
4. Free pickup will be arranged at a time convenient for you
Important Notes
- Assembly services provided at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
- Items that have been modified, altered, or assembled incorrectly by the customer may not be eligible for return.
- For hygiene reasons, items such as chair seat cushions that show signs of use may not be eligible for return.
